Sheltech Pvt. Limited
Established in 1988, Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. is one of the pioneers in the Real Estate and Housing Industry of Bangladesh and one of the founding members of the Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). Now 33 years later, Sheltech has constructed over 3800 apartments (Residential & Commercial) all around Dhaka city and has become a household name for real estate.
All Sheltech buildings are designed according to the guidelines stated in the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and are capable of withstanding the code-specified natural forces like earthquakes and wind. Sheltech’s experienced engineers on-site that ensure construction is being conducted exactly according to design, and a separate safety and quality control team that monitor all construction activities, test material and workmanship quality, and train it’s workers in terms of site-safety. In recognition of it’s quality construction and management practices in the real estate development sector in Bangladesh, Sheltech was the first developer to be awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, the latest international standard for quality control.
