1) Original Mechine Readable Passport (MRP) with minimum 7 months validity
2) 2 copies recent 3.5 cm * 4.5 cm size color photo in white background
3) Bank Statement of last 6 months. Minimum Balance For Individual BDT 60000 & For Family BDT 120000
4) Bank Solvency Certificate (Original)
5) Self Forwarding Letter
6) National ID Card Photocopy
7) NOC Letter (For Service Holder) [Also need Visiting Card & Photocopy of Official ID card]
8) Trade Licence Copy (For Businessman) [It should be transletted in English with Notary Public; needs 2 copies company letterhead & Business card]
